Shipping & Delivery

We offer Australia-wide shipping using TOLL PRIORITY from our Logistics Center in Sydney. We strive to ensure that your orders reach you, therefore we required a signature on delivery. Orders normally take a day to process and the ship next business day. The carriers normally deliver your order:

Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne are NEXT DAY by 5pm. Adelaide takes 2 business days, Perth ships in 5-7 business days. Darwin 7-9 business days. Tasmania can take up to 7 business days.

We have implemented a Customer Tracking Service which will email you the shipping progress (in transit and out for delivery).

No PO Box or Parcel Lockers addresses can be accepted as we require proof of identity. 

We charge a $8 Shipping & Handling Fee for orders under $100 order value. Orders above $100 have FREE Shipping.

We do not collect or store any personal information from you unless you volunteer it. This means you can visit our site without any need to register with us. Names, email addresses and any other information acquired through our Website are never rented, sold or given to anyone outside of this company. Whenever you provide sensitive information (e.g. credit card details to make a purchase), we will take appropriate steps to protect it. If you are using a browser that supports SSL encryption, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer, your personal information is automatically encrypted during transmission.

We do not store sensitive personal information such as credit card details on our web servers. As soon as your browser sends your information to our Web server it is transmitted via encryption to our order processing system and then is taken off of the Internet. This system makes your personal information unavailable to would-be "hackers". Customers under the age of 18 must be sure that they have parental consent before submitting any information or ordering any of our products.

For enhanced fraud detection our payment clearing house requires us to validate your contact details. We with do this by email or quick phone call.

Returns & Exchange

For transport damage and warranty claims, please call Philips Customer Service on 1300 304 404 for replacement products.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised. Please contact us

You have 14 days to return product to us. A 15% restocking fee will apply on returned products. Please ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging. The buyer pays for return shipping.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are only received online (to keep the costs down) when the customer completed the check-out process on the website. Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa/Mastcard. EFT transfers or Direct Debit are also available. Additional ID checks may be required to ensure secure transactions.

Once the transaction is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent out. With the successful completion of the transaction an invoice will be issued.

 

Pricing & Warranty

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Pricing on the website is regularly checked and updated. Prices may vary depending on manufacturer's pricing.

All products are sourced in Australia and meet Australian safety standards. Products carry the standard Philips one-year warranty.

Orders can be viewed once you log-in with the registered login.

 

Updating Account Information

Account information such as shipping address and name and contact details can also be amended once logged in.
